Swimming:
Except the swimming pool of our villa, there are several places to bath:
- In natural water: numerous places of toning swimming in river with everywhere a quality of the irreproachable water (from June 15th till September 15th, a record on the quality of waters of swimming is given to all). With so beautiful rivers, in irresistibly attractive waters the summer, when the sun warms the limestone of the Causses, the Lot could not refuse us the swimming! To end a hike with a dive, dabble with the children or to sunbathe confidently, the places of swimming are many. The closest being in Cahors and Saint-Cirq Lapopie.
- In the swimming pool of Lalbenque :
From May to July 7: Monday, Thursday, Friday: Closed Wednesday: 3 pm. - 8 pm. W-E: 3 pm. - 7 pm.
From July 8 to September 3: Every day: 2 p.m. - 7 p.m.

Swimming, sailing and eating: The Barbecue Boat:
Embark aboard a Barbecue Boat for an unforgettable moment of conviviality with friends or family. Round boat, without a license, easy to navigate and capable of accommodating up to 10 guests. Equipped with a parasol, table, seats and a gas BBQ in the middle. Experience 4 hours of happiness on the water moored to a buoy in the heart of nature. Between aperitifs, grills and swimming, it's an experience that you won't forget any time soon!
Canoeing-Kayak-Water skiing:
Come to cool on the water and leave having a walk on the Lot! Between friends or in family, this natural activity will delight small and big the time of a walk on one of the wildest rivers of France.

- Cap'Découverte, multi-leisure center set up since 2003 on the former site of the open-cast coal mine near Carmaux. It is a place entirely dedicated to leisure, seminars and group trips (80km from Lalb. but close to Albi, nicknamed the "red city", magnificent with its fortified cathedral and its historic center not to be missed!)
Acro-branche/-roche, spéléo, canyoning, ...
At the heart of the forest come to appreciate various courses between trees (Tyrolean, nets, wooden barrels...) or browse these cables in natural cliffs. But maybe you prefer a descent of canyon, swimming in running waters, descent in rappelling, slides, jumps... The caving will also make you discover a magic and mineral world. In the horizontal or vertical cavities, the subterranean rivers which got dug in the limestone.

- Karting, at Cieurac, one of the most beautiful circuit of France! (from 3 years-old)

- If you prefer the airs, no problem: ULM, or parachuting at Cieurac or Vers.
- Fishing: the opening of the 2018 fishery is scheduled for March 10, an appointment not to be missed! And you will be

Cahors:
Created in 1833 to collect the collection of the productions of three reigns of the nature and all the antiques the study of which could be of use to the general history or to the particular history of the Quercy, the museum of Cahors Henri-Martin - museum of France - is settled since 1929 in the old certified episcopal palace. Its fund, constituted about 10 000 objects and documents, interests the archaeology (prehistoric, Egyptian, Gallo-Roman and medieval), the extra-European ethnography (Oceania), the history (personality of Léon Gambetta), the art history (paint and sculpture mainly of the French school of the 16C in the 19CXIXth century) and the contemporary art (photography and video). Looking forward to a complete restructuring of the establishment, only Henri Martin's works are permanently explained. Other rooms liven up at the rate of the seasons to allow the discovery of collections and welcome the temporary exposures.
- Le Mémorial-Quercy vapeur:
Welcomes you for a relaxation in family at saint Géry, near Cahors. On an entertaining site fitted out around the railroad, you will discover a set of activities: a museum, a memory of the railroad of 1880 in our days; a model of railroad model making: 5 circuits settled on 3 levels in a magnificent decoration with traffic regulated by railcars and by trains travellers or goods of various periods; a very playful walk by small train towed by a steam engine or thermal, small and big will be amazed; at your disposal an area of rest and picnic with tables under shade.
Opening: of July 7th until August 30th, every day from 2:30 pm till 6:30 pm. Closed on Saturdays. From June till September: 2:30 pm at 6:30 pm every Sunday and holidays.
- Youpi-Park for 3 to 12 years-old children:
Come to discover your park of games covered (700m ² of internal games) and always offers you more activities! Labyrinths, Trampolines, Mega-swimming pool with balls, inflatable Routes, Slides, tubular park … Everything to amuse, play and laugh! Open during the holidays from Monday till Sunday of 10 hours at 7 pm (non-stop). The parents, while watching their children, can relax, cool or take a snatch in Yippee snack bar (free Wi-Fi, reading, board games).

The Amusement park for child (1 - 12 the years) is an immense covered and air-conditioned play area, where you play, you laugh, you jump: spaces for small baths of balls, dunes, wave, labyrinth, bumpers, electric karting, hélicopt' air, Wi-Fi and VIP spaces for the parents.

- The wildlife park of Gramat:
The life-size nature: between ROCAMADOUR and PADIRAC the WILDLIFE PARK of GRAMAT offers, all year round, 2 hours or more walk on 40 hectares shaded at the heart of the Regional Natural reserve of the Causses of Quercy. He allies an educational and cultural approach while remaining a place of family relaxation. - Walygator : the amusement park occupies a part of a wooded park of 30 hectares which also includes a castle of the 18 C. It possesses as big attraction a Boomerang, a route of roller coasters of Vekoma, a pirate boat, flying chairs, a scratch, a multitude of attractions for all (ladybird, Radja river, aquatic fall, splach battle, hidden magic, tea cup, ..), attractions for the smallest (bubble up, crazy drunk, WAB water, melody road, ...), show of sea lions, ...
