Any additional person at the maximum capacity (max 10 for the villa or Max 6 / LOTus and max 4 / myLOT), can sleep in a sofa bed and will pay the sum of 55 €/person/week to cover energy costs and additional cleaning.
Any pet will incur an extra charge of 30 € / week.
The washing machine and dryer are at your disposal, but will cost 5€/machine.

Booking conditions
- A deposit of 25 % of the total amount is requested at the time of your reservation, which secures your booking.
- Security deposit (620€ whatever the rented part ) is due with the 75% balance of the rent one month before your arrival. For a pet, the deposit will be 80€/wk/animal.
The total deposit will be returned within one month of your departure
- The accepted methods of payment are: bank transfer.
*Prices indicated above are water, electricity, gas, access to swimming pool and Wi-Fi inclusive.
*The tourist tax (1.37 € €/person over 18/day) will have to be paid one month before your arrival.
