Composition
The villa of 165 m² includes:
- The main part includes an entrance hall, WC-washbasin, a large living room (open chimney and TV) and a dining room, both giving onto the terrace, full equipped kitchen with an American refrigerator, detente corner with a bed (for 2 pers : 140cm), a suite (bed 2x80cm or 160 with a mattress topper) with bathroom (designer bath), wardrobe, French window giving access to the terrace. A second suite (bed 180cm) is located upstairs, with bathroom (shower, washbasin, WC), a dressing room and a small balcony overlooking the pool and the Natural Park.
- The intermediate part serves as laundry room, storage cupboards, boiler room, maintenance kit, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dryer, table and iron. Tourist documentation on the region. Orange Livebox for Internet.
- The last part has its own equipped kitchen, a small living room giving access to the terrace with a double sofa-bed (2 pers, 140cm), TV, billiard (115x206cm), WC-washbasin, a suite (140cm) with a bathroom (shower and washbasin). This provides independence and freedom to another couple of friends or family members.

The kitchens are equipped with a hob (1 ceramic and 1 gas), a traditional oven, a microwave, a washing machine, an American fridge (freezer and frigo), a toaster, a coffee maker, a kettle, cooking tools, etc ...
Each bathroom has a hairdryer and each bed (and sofa-bed) has one duvet and 4 pillows.
The windows are double glazed and all have a roller shutter with centralized or individual control.
The heating on the ground floor is ensured by aerothermy. The bedroom upstairs has an electric heating as well as the shower room.
The covered terraces are equipped with a table, chairs for outdoor dining. A sofa is also available on the largest terrace.
​Outside, vast wooded garden of nearly 12,000 m², out of sight. You will find a petanque area, a swimming pool warmed from May till October (4 x 11 m saltwater, roman step, and an alarm ensures the safety of the swimming pool), tiled surroundings, pool-house equipped with a hot solar shower, a storage area with the materials for the pool. You will find various games, additional chairs, etc ... On each side of the house you will also find a clothes dryer and a clothesline umbrella. A shelter on the front of the villa can accommodate two cars + vast field to park.
The pool-house also offers relaxing moments in front of a drink or a good meal. You will find a bar, stools, a table and chairs, a sink, a fridge, a Barbecook, as well as a charcoal BBQ and smoker,...
